The Agreement will be for a base period of three years (3) from the date of appointment.

SANRAL reserves the right to award the Request for Tender as a whole or in part and is under no obligation to accept the lowest or any tender.
This tender is subject to section 6.9(2)i of the PPPFA Regulations of 2017.

Tenderers must submit, via email as provided below, the duly completed Form B- 1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date. Failure to submit the certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional information issued by SANRAL. Failure to submit the certificate of intention to tender within the required period may render the tenderer non-responsive and SANRAL does not accept responsibility for any communication not received by the tenderer timeously.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS
The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11h00 on 11 December 2020.

B-BBEE PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA FOR PREFERENTIAL PROCUREMENT
Only service providers who are BBBEE compliant and are either level 1 or 2 are eligible to tender. (please attach a valid sworn affidavit / B-BBEE certificate).
Clarification question may be put in writing and will be answered by 04 December 2020. Any questions received after 02 December 2020 will not be entertained.
