Tender documents, in English are obtainable from Thursday, 26 November 2020 at the reception of Cederberg Municipality, 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam, between 08:00 and 16:00 (Monday- Thursday) and Friday 08:00 - 14:00 upon payment of a tender participation fee of R841.00.

Where bids should be delivered:
Tenders, in sealed envelopes, clearly endorsed with: Tender No. CED 11/2020-2021: The development and implementation of a revenue enhancement programme for a period of three years starting from 01 March 2021 till 28 February 2024, must be deposited in the tender box at the offices of the Cederberg Municipality, 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam. Bids may only be submitted on the bid documentation issued by Cederberg Municipality. 

Special Conditions:

The two envelope tender system will be used for the submission and evaluation of this tender. The Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes and all  envelopes should be clearly endorsed on the outside with the tender's name and address, the tender name Tender CED 11/2020-2021: The development and implementation of a revenue enhancement programme for a period of three years starting from 01 March 2021 till 28 February 2024 as well as either "Technical Proposal of Financial Proposal".
